Why Gravity Logic?
Developing revenue generating bike parks is what we do best.
Gravity Logic is known for having designed and built some of the world’s best known, most ridden and time-tested trails. We are a Bike Resort development company with proven operational experience and staff who have worked deep inside the most successful bike resorts in the world, including Whistler Mountain Bike Park. Our success is based our team’s exceptional trail design and construction skills, as well as our understanding of how rental, retail, programming, and day-to-day operations support them.
Ultimately, our goal has always been to assist land managers with the fundamentals of bike park development and help them develop - and grow - financially viable products. We have proven we can do this time and time again.
When we work with a land manager to determine if a successful bike park is viable, we consider all factors including existing resort and regional culture, the competition, financial restraints, and the current and future growth of the sport. We understand what it takes for a bike park to be cool and progressive, but also safe and profitable. Our team will provide objective feedback to help your bike park's evolution develop in line with other successful bike parks.
Our process
We work with many of our clients from the development of a detailed Master Plan through to the construction and maintenance of their trail network. The four key steps in the development of a bike park with Gravity Logic are:
Our team approaches every project with four important mandates in mind - develop a sustainable revenue model, design with product progression in mind, encourage team work, and employ and support local first. Our team collaborates with every client to ensure we achieve these mandates, where possible.
Sustainable Revenue Model: We know that trails alone can’t sustain a bike resort – we will share with you secrets to operating a sustainable business model.
Product Progression: We plan and design our trails to meet the needs of a progressing rider – green, blue, black and beyond.
Team Work: We aim to work with your crews to share our experience and help them refine their skills.
Local First: We employ and mentor local trail builders during the construction phase.
